Bilateral agreement with Israel signed
“Israel is one of Poland’s most important partners in the Middle East. Therefore, we continue strengthening our bilateral relations,” said Undersecretary of State Bogusław Winid during the signing ceremony of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the State of Israel on Gainful Occupation for Family Members of a Member of a Diplomatic Mission or Consular Post.
The agreement was signed by Israeli Ambassador Zvi Rav-Ner on behalf of the Israeli government in Warsaw on 14 May. The two governments had agreed that dependents of members of a diplomatic mission or consular post of the Republic of Poland in the State of Israel and dependents of members of the diplomatic mission and consular post of the State of Israel in the Republic of Poland will be entitled to gainful employment on a reciprocal basis in the receiving State pursuant to the laws of that State and the provisions of the agreement.
